Teeth whitening

Tooth whitening lightens the colour of your teeth. Most people are suitable for whitening, which won’t harm your teeth and gums if done properly. Some types of staining, such as tetracycline stain, take longer to whiten.

Crowns, veneers and fillings can’t be whitened, and may need replacing afterwards to match the colour of the surrounding teeth.

In-chair whitening

A two-hour appointment where one of our clinicians applies Philips Zoom whitening gel and a UV light in three or four 15-minute cycles. You should see an instant result, and you’ll also get whitening trays and gel to take home. This costs £500.

Home whitening

We take moulds of your teeth and a dental lab makes your whitening trays. You whiten at home using the Philips Zoom home whitening kits we provide. If you follow the instructions, you should see a predictable result within a few days. We offer 10% and 16% carbamide peroxide at all of our practices. Costs start at £350 for upper and lower teeth.

Please speak to your clinical team for more information.
